This is Curtain – a podcast where we pull back the blinds to shine a light on the darkest parts of our justice system and ask – who are the victims?

 

Curtain the Podcast is an investigative podcast co-hosted by Amy McQuire and Martin Hodgson.

Curtain takes its name from the first case began working on - the wrongful conviction of Aboriginal man Kevin Henry, in Rockhampton Central Queensland. Kevin’s nickname was Kurtain.

As we undertook the investigation, we began interrogating every aspect of the justice system and how it treats First Nations people.

In season two of the podcast, we will be re-orientating to focus specifically on cases of disappeared Aboriginal women.
